We here at Billy Heroman’s Flowers are fans of purple – just check out our logo – so we were thrilled with Pantone’s pick for 2018 Color Of The Year, Ultra Violet. This may seem like a tough color to introduce into your space, but trust us, it isn’t. Majestic, cosmic, mysterious, this shade is basically a jewel-tone and looks gorgeous added to the home right around winter time. But if you’re not ready to commit to wall paint or a new couch (who is?), then try this color out first in flower form.

There’s such a delicate interplay of colors here, between the pinks that fall to the purple side, and the faded true purples. This is a piece full of romance and detail, both light in spirit but attention-getting at the same time. A design like this brings this modern color straight to your table or bedroom, where it adds a touch of opulence. And opulence is one thing that purple can do extremely well. It is the color of nobility, after all.
